For many years, I have been buying non-stick frying pans, relatively cheap at £20 or so a pop and using them for 3-4 years until they become scratched and the non-stick coating starts peeling off and then replacing them. Lately, it seems like they don't last that long, especially after DS or family visitors poke them with different kitchen implements. For years have been reading about the nasty chemicals in the non-stick coating so I have finally decided to get an alternative so that I can no longer slow poison the nearest and dearest. There's quite a choice out there! I am quite happy to invest into some decent equipment. Please, tell me about your finds.
