Group food to eat round the telly please

We sometimes have a small group round to watch key sporting events (football/rugby/tennis etc).
Food wise, we’ll have ‘nibbly bits’ then something like home made burgers, pulled pork buns, hot dogs with good sausages from the butchers or home made pizza.
ie things that are easy to eat with a plate on your knee, no knife but a fork for sides of salad/coleslaw etc.
Am looking for suggestions for similar as I’ve circled round the above a few times now.
I find fajitas/burritos a bit messy to assemble / eat in this situation.
Would rather steer clear of the chilli/curry fork suppers as we eat these so often any way.
For an afternoon event would happily to a ‘party tea’ type thing with sandwiches/sausage rolls etc but for an evening event would like something more substantial.
What would you make?
Thank you

Pasties
A crimpit makes putting burrito type things together easier and gives more options for fillings.

Tandoori chicken drumsticks or tikka skewers with bhajis/samosas/pakoras and poppadoms etc

Satay skewers, spare ribs, spring rolls, prawn toasts, prawn crackers.

Gyros although they may be a bit messy.

Philly cheese steak sandwiches or really good Italian style subs.

Anything on a skewer would work well, you'll find some very creative ways of doing it online.

Nachos
Philly cheesesteak
Chicago style hot dogs
Tacos
Ruben sandwiches
Toasties
Loaded potato wedges
singapore noodles
Buffalo chicken and blue cheese

I’d go for the “messy” options but pre fill everything - look on YouTube etc for best way to fold up eg fajitas/burritos/gyros etc so nothing leaks out!

eg here

cut in half on the diagonal and prop up so can see innards to make it look pretty, arrange on big plate

Also pre-made little tacos.

Have some lime wedges so people can squeeze on plus perhaps a little bowl
each of Greek salad/Mexican corn and beans with a fork each, or if less virtuous little bowls of fries.

Skewers, flat breads, salads, sauces.
You could do a selection or meat, veg, haloumi with different marinades.
Sushi
Cheese and charcuterie with either crackers or baguettes with lots of pickles, chutneys, grapes, figs, celery. If you want a warm element do a couple of baked cheeses and some sticky cocktail sausages.

Spanakopita, souvlaki with pitta bread, Greek salad.

Fish finger sandwiches.

Frittata slices, with chips or salad.
