Healthy non-alcoholic drinks on hen night

I'm going to a hen party soon and I'm not able to drink alcohol at the moment. I'm also trying to be a little healthier so don't want to be drinking coke (sugar) or diet coke (sweetners) for 12 hours straight, although I'll probably have 1 or 2 of these. Realistically, there's nothing other than water for me is there?! I guess I'm hoping for something on the market that I haven't yet discovered that's not boring but is relatively healthy 😅

No alcohol beer is ok if you like beer. Lots of places also do mocktails now, which at least are festive. Or just soda water or tonic and ice.

There are lots of 0% alcohol spirits these days, which you could drink with soda/sparkling water - obviously depends on the bar you're in. But look out for something like Captain Morgan spiced - which is 0% alcohol and really nice with soda/sparkling water.

If you're a beer/lager drinker, there are lots of 0% options these days as well.

Thanks for these ideas! I'm.not a huge beer drinker but i might throw one no alcohol beer into the mix on the night! I'll have a look at mocktails and alcohol free versions of things too. Thing is, I hate soda water/carbonated water! No idea why. I'd usually have lemonade with a gin for example, but lemonade is soo sugary!

Lowest calories would be 0% beer or 0% spirit with a diet mixer or soda water.

I just went on a trip abroad pregnant and just loved San Pelegrino with fresh lime and ice. Also had non alcoholic margarita.

Corona cero with a wedge of lime is a super drink and 0%.

There are lots of lovely options, though most will be fizzy. If you are out at a decent bar/pub, they will hopefully have AF spirits, so can make you some sort of mocktail/AF mixed drink. Otherwise, tonic with garnishes is nice. I love a kombucha and if I was going for an option that wasn't AF beer to take to someone's house, I'd bring some cans of kombucha, though less likely to find it on a drinks list somewhere out. I tend to have a coffee or two at some point though because I'd need the boost to cope with a 12 hour drinking session (frankly, I avoid these now that I don't drink!).

That is no guarantee I'm afraid. A lot of the syrups and things they put into cocktails and mocktails include the dreaded sweeteners. Sweetener free lemonade is a thing of the past unless you are lucky enough to find the super premium brands. Even Fentiman has gone over to the dark side

I dislike Coke myself so I tend to drink either Appletise (if available) or sparkling water with a slice of lemon. If I'm really lucky I'll find somewhere with Cawston Press!.

I hate how the sugar tax has deprived me of a choice of soft drinks on a night out. I drink a lot more wine than I used to.

In the UK, San Pellegrino contains artificial sweeteners unless you can find the classic variety which is very elusive and not found in pubs and clubs

I'm a fan of tonic water either by itself or with orange juice. Not sure about healthy, but at least it doesn't taste sweet...
