Batch cooking container size

I'm going to be busier this year so I'll be freezing some meals I've cooked myself. I used to use freezer bags for this but I'm now trying to cut down on my plastic usage, so I want to use borosilicate glass containers.

My favourite brand is Pyrex because they're made in France but I think their sizes might be either too big or too small.

What size container do other people use for freezing individual meals like this? Thanks.

Edit: for example, in the Cook and Freeze range they have 0.8 litre and 1.5. It seems like 0.8 would be too small, wouldn't it? Whereas 1.5 would take up too much room in the freezer. Or am I wrong? 🤔

Oh really? Here's me thinking 0.8 litres might be tiny! 😅

I reuse 500ml (plastic) containers from Chinese takeaway, and label with Sharpie on some masking tape. It sticks well, survives the freezer, and is easy to remove.

Depending on what you are freezing, if container too small, you could freeze components separately. Eg Cottage Pie - I freeze the cooked meat separately to the mash before building the final dish. Also helps to mix and match so I might decide to use the mash with some leftover sausages or make a pastry pie with the meat instead.
