Advice please for safe reheating of turkey for our Christmas dinner postponed till 26th

Hi all,

For family reasons, we - me, two AC, husband - decided to postpone Christmas dinner until Boxing Day. I've finished cooking the turkey bone in crown, it's in the fridge now. I'd like to serve it hot tomorrow for the three meat-eaters, but am not sure of the best way of doing so safely without it becoming dry. It doesn't matter if it's reheated whole or carved first.

Thanks for any advice :)

Slice it and allow to come to room temperature. Have everything else on the table. Put your turkey onto a warmed plate, cover with boiling hot gravy and take it to the table. By the time it’s actually served, it will be warmed through.

I always cook my turkey in advance and reheat. I slice, layer in a casserole dish and dot with the cooking juices that I keep in the fridge. Put the lid on the casserole dish and pop in the bottom of the oven for the last 20 minutes or so where I'm cooking roast potatoes. Works for me.

I never reheat it. Just put it on the plate with hot veg and gravy and it's fine.

I reheat in a crockpot.

Slice, then add some broth and turn on low.

I col Turkey on Christmas Eve every year and reheat on Xmas day.

Slice, lay on foil on baking tray. Cover in blobs of Turkey jelly. Cover with foil and warm for about 20 mins snd serve with gravy.

I reheat mine IN the gravy, put the gravy in a large pan like a frying pan and lay the Turkey in it then reheat both.
