The foods with the highest satiety index (keep you feeling fuller for longer) are potatoes, oats, nuts, beans, eggs, cheese, brown pasta, lean meat and oily fish.

Ooh following!
For breakfast my 15 year old has 90g porridge oats cooked with milk (I keep adding milk gradually as I simmer it for about 7 mins). Then he likes fresh raspberries and a sliced banana and maple syrup as a topping.

After the gym he has a smoothie in the nutribullet with porridge oats (preblended) peanut butter, a banana, protein powder, an ice cube and milk..

Lunchtimes he makes on Sunday a lovely chicken dish that lasts 4 days (takes it hot into school) - attached:

We have steak about once a week although he would like it every day I think! I do add lots of beans and pulses to our diet which helps.

I made some egg muffins today, each muffin worked out at half an egg, 20ml of milk, quarter of a scoop of collagen powder, 8g of tuna, 10 of high protein eat lean cheese

Each muffin is 12g of protein.

I buy egg whites from Sainsbury in a carton and then add in 4 eggs and some veggies, sun dried tomato, parsley etc and make a frittata in a shallow tin. Cut the frittata up into 6 pieces and then take a pack of 6 bagels, put the frittata between the bagel and add on smoked cheese. Wrap each bagel in tin foil and pop in the fridge - they can be popped in air fryer for 6/7 minutes on airfry mode and they are tasty.

Get protein bagel for added protein and pop cottage cheese in the frittata if you want extra protein on top of the eggs and cheese

ps you'll be looking at around 22g of protein in breakfast bagel frittata
