What to buy organic?

I'd love to know what fruit/veg has the most pesticide residues so I can prioritize what to buy. There's a list in the US (search Dirty Dozen/Clean Fifteen) but I'd love to find a UK/EU equivalent

So I've found the answer to my own question... https://www.pan-uk.org/our-food/
They have one. I'd also like to know the cheapest place to buy organic staples if anyone has any ideas.

Peppers and strawberries (in season) are two things I buy organic. Also milk and flour. Oh and potatoes and onions!

Morrisons are pretty good for organic stuff, but a local grower is best. I've just discovered a box scheme near us that's organic, homegrown and really cheap, but it was word of mouth - not much online about it.

Might be worth checking out that option?

Whatever you can afford to.

Eggs are more expensive but still won't break the bank, but organic chicken is eye-wateringly expensive. It does taste a lot better though. I am not convinced there is much difference taste-wise with vegetables or flour though.

As a general rule soft fruits and oats but whatever you eat most of - because that's the pesticides etc you'll be repeatedly exposing yourself to.

(From a welfare point of view meat , eggs and dairy, but I assumed you meant from a health pov)

I agree that FR organic chicken tastes far better. I don't buy anything organic for the taste thought tbh - I agree that often there's no difference at all. It's purely to avoid herbicides/pesticides etc. for me.
