Does anyone have a brilliant chilli recipe

Cos I never get it quite right

It's like mince and beans, or blows your head off

This one is really good

Just half or one square of dark chocolate. More isn't nice, imo.

Easy. Here's mine:

Ingredients:
Mince (beef is best)
Passata
Tomato paste
Kidney beans
Cannellini beans/butter beans
Black beans
Sweetcorn
Onion
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Paprika
Beef oxo
Salt pepper
Sour cream
Cheese

Fry onions and mince. Add seasonings and passata. Leave to cook for 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings to suit. Always can use more garlic. Add beans and sweetcorn. Leave to cook for 1 hr.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream, generous cheddar cheese and either rice/tortillas or chips (or all three).

I also sometimes use the tinned taco bean mix.
