Transportable or easily assembled desserts for 15ish people

We meet up with a group of friends a couple of times a year for a long weekend, self catering. We share out food responsibilities. We find it works best if where possible things are made ahead,or need minimal prep to reduce kitchen/oven overcrowding. I'm on dessert duty in a couple of weeks.

I’m looking for dessert ideas that can either be made ahead, easily transported & reheat well eg sticky toffee pudding/ fruit crumble or easily and quickly assembled eg eton mess, tiramisu, trifle. The examples mentioned have been repeated multiple times so looking for something different but along the same lines. Should add that Fruit salad has become a breakfast regular so can’t make that.
Would love some new ideas please!

Pavlova is slightly different to Eton Mess but equally easy to transport and assemble if you're going by car. Nigella suggests doing it with Passion fruit which looks disgusting but tastes delicious and makes a change from raspberries/ strawberries - you'd probably need to get them in advance to make sure they're properly ripe.

Tray bakes?
As in millionaire square, lemon slices, chocolate brownies

Bread & butter pudding made with chocolate croissants is also delicious.

Meringue nests with cream and raspberries

The blackberries are out now, so if you have some near you and have time to pick them, blackberries stewed with cooking apples and sugar, served with cream or creme fraiche.

Smitten kitchen has some good ideas for this. Any of these traybake type puddings would be easy to transport.

Semifreddo (pack well with freezer cubes/frozen food, depends on travel time)

baklava

Fruit cake (do a rectangular tray for size)

Lemon squares

Clafoutis (cherries are in season, but apricot or plum is nice too)

Homemade classic chic chip cookies

Bread & butter pudding made with chocolate croissants is also delicious.

Third vote for bread and butter pudding here. Seems to be even more delicious when made a day or two in advance. Travels well. I like it best made with choc chip panettone - but normal panettone works well too.

Bakewell tart.

Polenta cake, serve with berries and mascarpone.

Pineapple Romanoff, take the fruit ready chopped, add the cream just prior to serving.

Chocolate fondue with
cake, bananas, strawberries, biscuits, marshmellows, meringue, wafers.

it goes on.

You could do a tiramisu but with a different flavour eg lemon/limoncello or raspberry (use flavoured vodka if you're happy to use alcohol).

Another option is lemon and almond, using lemon curd and amaretti biscuits.

Transport as a tray bake and add the topping before eating.

A non baked cheesecake

this is slightly high effort but delicious. But there are lots of easier no bake cheesecakes

Or a slim moist cake served with mascarpone or creme fraiche - eg orange and almond cake here these last very well over several days. Goes well with a few raspberries

Lemon possets (if you can keep cold on the journey) again serve with a few raspberries and maybe some fancy biscuits

Chocolate tart

Ottolenghi's Honey and Yogurt Cheesecake. It's so simple a child could make it. The bain-marie is banned, and there are no need for an oven.

I used to have to host dinner parties regularly, so was always looking for easy ideas.

Once time I bought some individual tarts from Waitrose, and plated them up with blueberries and/or strawberries and sifted icing over the plate. Served cream on the side. I’m not a baker or dessert person so I may have low standards. But they looked really pretty.

Any kind of brownies with vanilla ice cream/cream on the side.
