Hello wise Mumsnetters. I'm having 12 people for supper and I only have six ramekins. I want to make Saint Delia's choc mousse recipe, which directs me to decant into aforementioned ramekins. Can I :
- double up the recipe with no problem?
- Chill and serve this doubled-up mousse in one large bowl?
Would be very grateful for advice. I don't want to end up with a bowl of chocolate soup!
