We don't really do pudding after dinner, but sometimes a yoghurt or piece of fruit. Maybe an ice lolly or little bit of ice cream.

choice of fruits with natural yoghurt. Anything else is an occasional treat. DH and I rarely have puddings

Rice pudding or Greek yoghurt with banana. I agree with Pp puddings pre bed isnt the best and if I could go back in time I wouldn't do it. Tbh you're just 'training' child to expect (a form of) sugar before bed and ALL forms make them hyper. A warm non sugary drink is better, chai latte with cinnamon or something.

I just do fruit, maybe some plain Greek yoghurt with some fruit puree or a squeeze of honey if they haven't eaten much that day and need to go to bed with something in their tummy.

Egg custard tart, ice cream, fruit. Today mine had a gingerbread man but she is a bit ill so not eating much and trying to tempt her.

I make low sugar cakes - like banana bread or an apple and raisin loaf cake. Can add ground almonds to the mix or seeds / chopped nuts etc so its nutritious and lots of fibre.
