refreezing question - breadcrumbs

I've just made about 40 vegetable nuggets in the hope that when I go back to work DS will eat healthily. It occurred to me as I was crumbling the bread to make breadcrumbs (that's another story) that I was using bread out of the freezer. Does that mean I can't freeze the nuggets?

it will be fine. Presumably you will cook the nuggets before freezing them?

If you freeze something uncooked, then defrost it and cook it, you can freeze it again perfectly safely. So, frozen mince gets defrosted and cooked up into bolognese, that can be frozen.

TBH bread is faily safe as far as harmful bacteria go, it's meat, poultry and fish that you have to be careful about re-freezing.

Yes, but bread is already 'cooked' isn't it - it's in its final state iyswim?
Do agree though that on the list of harmful things to refreeze bread is probably quite a way down the list
If it was us I wouldn't even ask the question I don't think but these are for my PFB
