Hi everyone,
I'm looking for suggestions for snacks between meals that are healthy but also filling.
I'm currently breastfeeding and feel ravenous from 3pm onwards. I end up eating about 5 biscuits at 3pm (which I'm looking to replace), couple pieces of chocolate, my dinner at 5:30pm, then Weetabix, walnuts and oat milk around 8pm.
Vegetable sticks / fruit just doesn't seem to satisfy that 3pm hunger like it does in the morning, but clearly neither do the biscuits!
I'd love an alternative to eat that's good for me but also fills me up (I'd rather it wasn't bread as I'm not a huge bread fan)
