Sorry if this has been done to death but easy fork-able meals for freezer for when baby arrives?

Keep being told about batch cooking and making sure we've got things that are easy to cook and eat for the first few weeks with PFB who's due in the next month or so.

Our freezer is not that big so we will also make use of supermarket delivery (I'm thinking fresh pasta is quick and easy for example)

So what else can we cook in advance and freeze apart from mince dishes?

Also any other storecupboard standbys you'd care to share?

thanks in advance

We bought tons of supermarket quiches - got pretty good at eating them one-handed while BF! Though I can only face them every once in a while and DD is almost 3... Lots of sausages, curries. NExt time round I would also raid a continental store and get some tins of greek baked beans (with tomato and dill - yum), pulses cooked in sauce, just some different kind of convenience foods, really.
Some sweet things too to keeep your spirits up: apple (or whatever fruit) traybakes, packets of frozen fruit that you can sling onto yogurt/cereal/make smoothies with.
