Ambient breakfasts for eating on the move

We're going on a road trip and I would like to be able to take some foods just in case we find ourselves stuck in traffic or unable to get a hotel or any other unforeseen circumstances. I will take water, fruit and nut bars, that sort of thing but wondered if anybody could recommend an ambient yoghurt or something like that.

Any other ideas for foods that can just be kept in the car just in case would be great.

My kids like the Strawberry & Apple baby food pouches from Ella's Kitchen or Mamia (Aldi). Seems bizarre buying it for older kids, but they don't need a fridge, last months and months, and it gets fruit in to them.

Mini boxes of cereal. Just eat them dry from the box.

Dried mango/pineapple/apple rings/banana chips. Raisins.

Depending on the length of the road trip, Babybel cheese or other snack-portion cheese.

Pepperami.
Biscuits.
Crisps.

Juice boxes.

Weetabix do cereal milkshake things in various flavours and there are others from different companies.
My son used to have one from Fuel which was a protein shake with added cereal.

If for children, you can get yogurt pouches and I'm sure they would be fine at room temp for a few hours. Alternatively, if for toddlers, Ella's kitchen does yoghurt pouches that are just on the shelf, so would be fine for days.

Yoghurt is a bit of a weird one though and not very filling (and not something you could save for days and days if not used). What about dried fruit or oatcakes and babybel (if you'll eat it that day or have a fridge to store on the other end)?

I would take muffins, granola bars, different croissants/ pastrys and a flask of coffee. If you have a cool bag I would also take greek yogurt mixed with honey and strawberries, plus a few sandwiches for lunch.

Going away, we take some of these: croissants/pain au chocolats, apples/ bananas/small tupperwares of berries, juice cartons, baby bels, jam sandwiches, mini boxes of cereals to eat dry, rice cakes.....

Gogosqueez yoghurt pouches don't need refrigeration. We always take them on camping trips etc. Normally found near children's dried fruit snacks in supermarkets.

If we are doing a road trip the DC like a pastry from the bakery section at Lidl.
