Recommend me a smallish blender that doesn't require strength in hands

I'd like to blend soups and make nut butter and pesto and blend shea butter etc to make body lotion.

Can't get on with stick blenders as don't have the strength in my hands/fingers to hold it and keep the button pressed in. Also struggle with the noise. Ideally would like to be able to switch blender on and leave the room briefly whilst it does its blending.

It's just me so don't want anything large or expensive.

Anyone have a recommendation for me?

I think you're not going to find a small one that meets that requirement because they all need you to hold the button down

I have ninja thing and sometimes cant keep the button down as I have a disability in my hands but I dont have room for anything bigger.

For safety you can't leave it but I'd be looking for something with an easier button - perhaps one that you can depress with your hand rather than one finger?

Mines like this to be fair, its a big square button that i put my whole hand on but I lose strength every so often and have to keep restarting it!

Do you have a 'mixer' or food processor? Mine have blender jugs you attach which would do what you want. Anything with a motor will be noisy but at least with the jug attachments you can leave the room....

Would a Nutri Bullet meet your needs? I have one for making smoothies and it chops through frozen fruit and veg easily. There isn’t a button to hold down, it just slides into it’s base with a turning motion. I wouldn’t leave the room with it switched on. Do you need to leave the room because of the noise? If so, I can highly recommend Loop ear plugs to reduce the sound.

Nutríbullet

Thanks for all your suggestions. Unfortunately they're all seeming too big.

Had in mind one that wouldn't take up too much room or be too pricey.

Guess I'm searching for something that doesn't exist 🙁

Kenwood Smoothie to Go?

I have arthritis and i bought this one and found it very difficult to use, especially the smaller jug that needs to be constantly turned while using.
