14mnth dd refusing to eat veggies! help!

my dd who up until now has been a fab eater has refused to eat any veggies. She just spits them back out. I have gone through the recipies that she used to love and gobble down so quickly but they are just being refused.
Its been like this for about a week now and I just think she needs to get some veggies into her.

Have also tried buying a couple of jars of food to see if they would work but there is no way she will eat them.

Does anyone have any good tips out there.

Ds did this and I was getting worried that all he would eat was fruit or yog so I brought the Anabel Karmel book and tried butternut squash a pear which he loved, basically just worked my way through the recipe book.

How about mashing/liquidising all the veg up and then pouring it over pasta shapes as a sauce. My dd (nearly 15 months) is a nightmare to cater for at weekend BUT will eat pasta with everything. So now I make all Annabel Karmels recipes, liquidise then and then serve them with pasta wihch loves to pick up herself!

Eat with her or in front of her and overly emphasise loveliness of veggies without putting any on her plate and see if she makes a lunge for them?

I might try that liquidising as she still loves pasta.

I also like the idea about just eating veggies in front of her without giving her any and seeing if the makes a dive for them. Might just work with her.

What about putting them in cheese sauce or in a casserole?
