Baked potatoes in an air fryer?

I'm very new to the world of air fryers and just starting to experiment.
I found instructions for baking potatoes (starting basic) - 5 mins in the microwave, rub on oil/salt, 9 mins at 200 in the air fryer, turn over and cook for another 9 mins.
However, after the first 9 minutes my potato was done (in fact, it was half way to the skin being rock solid!!).

How do you cook your potatoes? Do I need to microwave first? Reduce the temperature?
Also do you heat up your air fryer first or just put the food in when it's cold and let it warm up with the food in there?
Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks

I put them in the ninja. 20 mins in the pressure cooker then 20 mins in the air fryer. Perfect.
