I'm going to have to cut out cheese. I can only think of avocado and hummus. Any other ideas?

Tinned fish. Especially the nice skinned filletted sardines from Waitrose with chillis.

I bought a tin of sardines once and just couldn't bring myself to eat them.

What about anchovies? Tuna?

Olives are good for a low cholesterol diet, as well as pickled cucumbers / gherkins and beetroot, low fat cottage cheese, tomatoes (tinned or fresh) and pickled jalapenos / peppers.

-Smoked mackerel is much more palatable than sardines
-Scrape a garlic clove over toast, top with chopped ripe tomatoes
-fried mushrooms
-any leftover meat with some salad greens (straying into sandwich territory)
