What else can I cook in an oven at 140 for the next 2.5 hrs

My xmas cake is in the oven for another 2.5 hrs at 140. What else can I cook in there to make the most of the £££ electricity I'm using? I've already done a batch of seeded crackers. Was thinking whole peppers (as I have about 4 beginning to look a bit sad at the back of the fridge), but I usually roast them at a much higher heat? Will they go mushy if I cook them low and slow? Any other ideas?

Meringues ?

I thought you weren't supposed to open the door once the cake was in, or it'll sink in the middle and/or all the fruit will sink.

Could you bung a load of jacket potatoes in, then cool and freeze them for midweek tea/lunches?

Rice pudding, freezes and re-heats too.

I also think meringues would be ideal, they last for weeks in an air tight container.

They do not last 5 minutes in our house.

some Great suggestions. I ended up doing the peppers (about 1.5hrs) and they were delicious! Wish I’d thought of the garlic too though.
