Food budget for 2+2

I would appreciate if anyone in the UK could tell me what is your weekly/monthly food budget for your family?
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (both under 4). Almost all meals for the kids are cooked from scratch at home. Me and my DH will sometimes get a take away when kids go to bed but that would fall under a separate category in our budget.
I fell like we are spending to much. Not even sure how much exactly.

about £360 pcm.
My children are teens though.
I cook from scratch, mostly with a few easy freezer meals (fish fingers etc)
It's gone up a lot recently

when my others are home from Uni it's a lot more :(

But " feeling you are spending too much" isn't really helping you...
what you spend isnt as important as whether you can afford it and presumably you can't know this if you don't know what you spend?

£400-£500pm. I am gluten free so my bread costs £3 a loaf etc.

What we spend at the moment we can afford but are left with not much to save at the end of the month. I would like to save more. I also know we do spend too much on food mostly due to lack of meal planning. I pretty much shop daily for food and I hate it. Unfortunately I can’t bring myself to sit down and plan meals for the week.
I would just want to know what is a fairly realistic budget that others can stick to with the current prices.

There's only me and my partner at home so my budget won't really help you but just wanted to suggest you check out the taming twins website/Instagram she has lots of meal plans on there with budgets which you may find helpful for some inspiration. I've really enjoyed any of her recipes I've tried. Particularly the slow cooker ones.

2 adults and a toddler DS.

Food shop tends to be £45-50 per week. DH spends about £15 pw on lunches at work & we might do breakfast out once a week & skip lunch (£30 ish).

I enjoy meal planning and make sure we use up as many leftovers as possible. I also check the fridge, freezer and cupboards to form the basis of the meal plan for the following week.

Next week will be a cheap one as I’ve got about 5 dinners in the freezer, so it’ll be about £15-20 of breakfast and lunch bits.

Same family composition as you and we spend approx £70 on groceries plus extra on a takeaway once a week at the most.
