I'm really keen to get my kids into good eating habits early on. Anyone got any good tips or activity resources to get them involved with cooking?

Get them stools
their own spoon and apron, bowl etc
getvthem to help with tea. Storing in or mixing. Adding a spoon of herbs. Weighing.
expkaining flavour chnages
baking baking baking! Let them lick the bowl😉
ask opinions as if you really need it. “ do you think this tastes ok. What veg do you think should be with this? Can you find me the … out the fridge. Here try this spoon now you added the peppers, great right!?”
get to pick recipes to try.
when at the table tell everyone how amazing chef was.
dontbout foods on a pedestal. All foods are good. Not diet words.
at the supermarkets say they are in charge of what colour veg tonight.

Let them help as much as you can and don't stress about the mess. How old are they? If theyre still small let them break up things like mushrooms instead of using a knife yet, or making burger patties / meatballs with their hands.

Mine have been in the kitchen with me since they were tiny and they love cooking now, they're ten and can both cook a three course meal with minimal input from me. They used to love this show and there are some parent resources on there too. Now they like to watch Masterchef and Masterchecf Junior.

Tilly Ramsay (Gordon's daughter) has fab recipes not sure if she still has her show though. Episodes will be on YouTube I would imagine. Home bargains has fab cooking/baking bits for kids.
