Fussy High protein meals

Hi,

I am looking for very specific meals that I can cook for me and my partner. My partner is in the gym/bodybuilding world and all of our meals need to have at least 30-40g of protein per portion. They don’t necessarily need to all be healthy but mostly. We don’t like spicy food and aren’t big fish lovers except from tuna, cod, salmon and prawns. I don’t eat lamb either.

i will give you some examples of what we eat:

chicken and egg fried rice with asparagus
Fajitas
spag bol
meatballs
chilli and rice
chicken pie and veg
sausages mash and veg
Breaded chicken burgers and homemade chips
beef burgers and homemade chips
chicken, chorizo, spinach and tomato pasta
jacket potato with tuna sweetcorn
hunters chicken with corn on the cob and homemade chips
beef/chicken stirfry
pork medallions with mash and veg
Cod, chickpea and chorizo traybake with veg
roast dinner
korma/butter chicken/prawn curry with spinach and naan
pulled pork/pulled chicken bbq burgers
coronation chicken pasta
salmon pasta with asparagus and broccoli
cottage pie

these are pretty much our regular meals but I’m bored of all of them 😂

I know it’s hard but any suggestions would be much appreciated x

Beef stroganoff

Stews/casseroles - oxtail or chicken perhaps? Or a beef stew?

Paella? Although might not have enough protein but I guess you could up the prawns/chicken/chorizo ratio

Chicken tray bakes or baked chicken with vegetables on the side

If you can afford it, joints of meat don't have to be used as a "proper" roast dinner. eg, I often do roast chicken but just served with new potatoes and veg in the winter or salad and garlic bread in the summer. Rib of beef makes a lovely meal served with mashed potatoes/potato dauphinoise and greens or a tomato salad and nice bread.

Eggs? Omelletes or frittata or quiche?

Thank you, I’d forgotten about stews and casseroles! I will give them a go!
