Private chef - tip?

I was lucky enough to win a voucher for a private chef, it's booked for my birthday next week. What would you say is a decent tip to leave? The voucher was £200. Don't know if it's similar or more than a restaurant. I assume a higher amount than a restaurant tip but I have no idea!

Are they self employed or working for a company or restaurant? Will the voucher cover the full cost of the meal?

The chefs are self employed I think but paid by the private chef company. The voucher covers the full meal (£200).

I'd suggest 10%, so £20. What a treat! Enjoy

Oh how lovely - one of our DDs works as a private chef alongside Uni - some of the stuff she produces is amazing - enjoy!

Thanks all I'm looking forward to it! Feel a bit ashamed of our tiny kitchen but I'm sure she will manage. I expect she's used to more extravagant houses!

Oh sounds amazing! May I ask what the company is? Or is it not allowed? I'd love to do this for DH's birthday

It's called yhangry. I think they cover London post codes. They have lots of chefs including celebrity ones. Quite expensive but the food looks good!
