I need some inspiration please!

Just need quick/easy/cheapish ideas, I'm too tired to think this morning after a very early start with the baby.

We all eat meat, no allergies.

Maybe a touch more complicated than "easy dinner" suggests but honestly so delicious. Like, more delicious than you think it's going to be. My baby likes it too! Saw it recommended on another dinner thread on here.

Sausage casserole (I use the packet one, fry off sausages & onions, add carrots) & serve with cooked frozen veg and either boiled potatoes/mash or rice.

Puff pastry pizza (rolled out puff pastry and just add tomato Puree, cheese and any toppings we want) we usually have these with corn on the cob

Add jar of pasta bake to cooked pasta, add sweetcorn, peppers, chopped chicken/ham/sausages whatever we have and serve with part baked baguette

Sweedish meatballs with rice

Fajitas

Omelette

My kids love pasta with salt and a knob of butter mixed in, in a bowl with, tomato pasta sauce and grated cheese both separately. They add the sauce and cheese as they like and we have garlic bread with it. It's the chespest meal we have.
