I've got a couple that I make regularly but am looking for a change.

Would love your recommendations ...

Thank you @toastofthetown @SummaLuvin. Drat now it looks like I'm going to have get all 3. I love all Asian foods and do eat meat but was planning to do a couple of veggie meals each week.

Ah well. Sounds like I will have some lovely new recipes to try out. Thank you both.

Not a curry as such but bhajis. 50% onion and then the rest a mix of grated beetroot, carrot and whatever is hanging around including potato and courgette. Serve with lots of dips and homemade naan. Naan can be made vegan by replacing the yoghurt with light coconut milk, but make sure you cook naan in a covered pan to maintain humidity.

@toastofthetown @SummaLuvin just wanted to say thanks. My first two books have arrived so already got a list of new recipes to try out for this months meal plan.

Thank you so much.

This biryani is one of my absolute favourite things to cook and eat!

Vegan Richa’s site is great. Slightly small on portion size but everything I’ve made has been delicious.

Not strictly a curry but flavoured like a southern style curry. It converted my cauliflower hating DH. I usually make extra baby potatoes because they're delicious. I cook the cauliflower bit in a Le Creuset style pot instead of a roasting tin.

More Meera Sodha - the tomato and tamarind curry is astonishing: www.theguardian.com/food/2021/jan/25/20-best-curry-recipes-meera-sodha-tomato-curry

Another MS fan here - I really like her paneer, tomato and kale saag - such a versatile recipe to use up kale/spring greens etc in my veg box. Also recommend her mushroom/tofu keema,

Big love to Dishoom's chole bhatura

And of course, Dishoom's black dhal - which takes a while but is fabulous
