Very easy, healthy pasta dishes teens can cook

I’m looking for some very easy to cook yet still healthy(ish) pasta dishes my teens can rustle up for when I am at work and they need to feed themselves.
Meat and veggie ones (ds is a vegetarian) would be great.

Any of Ottolenghis recipes as my teenage veggie hater loves them and they're pretty simple.
Pasta alla romano is tomato with baked aubergine slices. Pasta with cherry tomatoes, chilli & basil or tomato & miso sauce with crunchy fried oregano leaves on top.
A basic cheese sauce can be made by melting cheese into some cream or creme fraiche.

I forgot the easiest - spaghetti carbonara.
Whip up eggs, add some cooked bacon pieces or ham and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Add to freshly cooked pasta & turn off the stove. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs. If you prefer a creamy sauce add some cream to the eggs before cooking.

@Cantonet was just about to say carbonara - my 12 year old can whip this up without any instruction and it's always delicious. BBC good food have a basic and tasty recipe if that's easier for the first time but you don't need to measure stuff once you've got the hang of it. Add some a nice side salad or asparagus and you've got all the food groups ticked and a bloody tasty meal. My 16 year old said this will be his date meal when this time comes to cook for a girlfriend Grin

Genoese pasta.
Boil (frozen) French beans for five minutes, add your pasta to the same pot, boil for the required time, drain and add pesto and Parmesan cheese.
The original also uses cubed potatoes, but that’s doubling the carbs. Grin

Pasta and chickpeas for two.
Drain a tin of chickpeas. Blend half with a hand blender. Put everything in a saucepan with a stock pot or cube, 200ml water and hand-crunched tagliatelle, 1 nest per person. Cook for the required time (adding water to keep a soupy consistency) and serve with olive oil and fresh black pepper.

I got a recipe from here years ago. Boil the pasta and drain it. Mix in a load of Philadelphia, some chopped smoked salmon and a handful of peas. Add a squirt of lemon juice. The quickest dinner ever!

Broccoli pasta
Put the pasta on to boil
Chop up a head of broccoli
When the pasta has four minutes left, drop the broccoli into the pasta water.
Grate a good handful or two of cheddar cheese
Drain the pasta and broccoli and return to the pan with a good knob of butter, the pasta, broccoli, cheese and a lot of black pepper. Stir hard until the butter and cheese has melted.

Variation: when you drain the pasta and broccoli, use tongs to pick the broccoli out, put it in a bowl and chop it roughly (it will be soft). Add back to the pan with cream cheese and pesto (omit the cheddar).

Pasta all Norma
This is aubergine pasta which usually involves standing for ages frying slices of aubergine. Instead, prick two aubergines all over and put them in the oven (180) for 50 mins. Let them cool (I usually do this the night before). Slice the cooked aubergine, add to hot oil with garlic and a tin of tomatoes. Simmer till it's saucy.
