I know they're naff, but does anyone know how far in advance I could cook vol au vents

as long as you take them out and put them on a cooling rack so the bottoms dont go soggy they should be fine, I think.

calzone, people coming for supper this evening. have given them chessey cracker the last 3 times they've come and really wanted simple alternative. this is perfect. have prawn/egg/chickeny options for fillings. yum.
