I tyhink it is like Shark - quite a meaty fish, but not too strong. I like to cover mine in crushed peppercorns/spices and then chargrill it and serve with a creamy pasta (Nigella's lemon linguine is fab) and a salad.

Yes, I think so - although it depends how thick the steak is (sorry if I am teaching you to suck eggs) - overcooked I think it becomes a bit tough and 'meaty'. happy New Year
