Will be my first time to cook goose this year and my sister phoned me up today and claimed that she's been watching cooking shows and they say that you boil a goose before putting it in the oven.
Considering my goose is the size of a doberman (and may very well be one for all I know), if this is true, I'm going to have to boil it in the bath.
So what is the very best, super dooper, fabbo way to cook goose (or doberman ).
(I suspect my sis is taking the piss, tbh. )
