Vegetarian buffet ideas - not cheese!

I'm doing a vegatarian buffet for about 12 people. I already have goats cheese filo tarts, and a spinach and feta quiche on the list, as well as a cheese board.

Hit me with your ideas please!!

Shot glasses of pea and mint soup or vichyssoise

Baba ganoush

Roasted cauliflower florets with tahini dip

Roasted red pepper and black olive tart

Asparagus with hollandaise sauce for dipping

Use Ottolenghi recipes and make a selection of dishes. They are all amazing at room temperature so aim to cook for 30 mins before everyone arrives to give yourself time to regroup before hosting.
Don't mix genres. You have committed to feta and filo so go all the way with a lovely mezze.

Tapenades

I agree with not mixing genres and staying broadly Med-based
