Recipe book ideas?

Hi :)
I basically only have one recipe book, which I'm getting a bit bored of.

I'd like to buy a book of really delicious meal recipes (mostly for dinners) that aren't too complicated or expensive, but still very enjoyable. Preferably by one of the well-known chefs like Nigella or Jamie.

Any recommendations?

May I be the first to recommend Rukmini Iyer ‘The Green Roasting Tin’ and others in that series ‘The RoastingTin’ and so on.

All the Miguel Barclay meals are great (and only £1 per serving)

If you're going for a well-known name then you cannot beat Delia; her recipes always work. If you're after something easy and delicious, then I highly recommend the Roasting Tin series by Rukmini Iyer; I have all of them and use them all the time.

Not a fan of Delia as I've had a few disasters - & that was before she published that dreadful recipe with Waitrose !

I'd look at the Hairy Bikers books. I've got several & everything I've tried has been successful.
The "One Pot Wonders" is full of easy & reliable recipes, & they have a new one "Everyday Winners" that might be suitable.

I have a gazillion cook books and the best used are Nigella's 'How to Eat' and Delia's 'Complete Cookery Course'

If I had to choose one, it would be Nigella's.

Forget the big name Chrfs; the Pinch of Nom books are great!
