What can I make with 2 bags of frozen white fish portions?

I've no idea how we came about having 2 bags in our freezer, but I need to do something with them!
The obvious recipe is fish pie, but I only have white fish to go in it - I'd usually add salmon & prawns too.

I'd like to make something a bit different this time.
Please help me!

Poach it, flake it and make fishcakes, or maybe add it to a pasta sauce ..?

Fish curry - just use the fish instead of chicken in a recipe you alreay have and adjust the cooking time a little as it will not take as long to cook.

Fish nuggets cut the fish up and roll in flour, then egg then bread crumbs - bake in the oven for about 25 mins and serve with jacket potato or mash and vegtables. Add some garlic seasoning or paprika to the flour if you like.

Fish parcels - put each portion in a square of foil, add some olive oil, oregano/basil as available, and some cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper and then bake for c. 20 mins

Lie the portions in a buttered oven dish (and optionally wrap each in a slice of bacon) - then pour over either ready-made or home-made tomato pasta sauce (made with tomatoes, onions, basil, red wine etc.) - bake for 20 mins (or a bit longer if still frozen). Lovely with mashed potato and something green eg broccoli or green beans.

Fish curry is a non starter DH doesn't like curries.
May try the tomato/ pasta sauce idea for me & DH, nuggets sound simple, and I have some bread crumbs in the cupboard so that'll be the kids sorted.

fish and leek bake..easy comfort food for cold weather.

microwave a couple of sliced leeks till soft. Then microwave the fish. Meanwhile cook some pasta (eg penne) and make 1/2 pt cheese sauce. put in ovenproof dish, sprinkle over some parmesan and bake or put under grill to brown the top.

Thanks for the suggestions, they gave me with plenty of inspiration.
Gone for olive oil, herbs, garlic, cherry tomatoes & a dash of lea & perrins with the fish wrapped in ham as opposed to bacon (it needed to be used). Made a potato bake with grated potato, onion and a parsnip topped with cheese. All served with mixed veg and a side order of baked goats cheese!

saute an onion and some garlic in a saucepan. Add a one and a half slices of bread that have been made into breadcrumbs, and about three ounces of grated cheese. Mix well so everything is incorporated. Put the fish portions in a greased oven proof dish and give them a dash of salt and pepper. Pile the breadcrumby cheesy mix on top of the fish pour some milk around them. Wack it in a preheated oven about 180 for about 20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and cooked (test with a skewer). Serve with any vegetables you like. Everyone I have ever given this to loves it.(or so they tell me)
