Does anyone have the recipe for Mary Berry's chocolate rum cake, from Cook Now Eat Later?

I have lost my copy and need to cook the cake for DH's birthday.

It involves whisking lots of cocoa powder with boiling water. Has quite a lot of sugar and not so much fat.

Or any other marvellous chocolate cake recipes if the Mary Berry one proves elusive?

thanks

I haven't got that recipe but do have a Mary Berry recipe book with a few choc cakes in if you don't find yours. Have you tried googling it?

loads of recipes here.

Thanks NAB3. I've had no success googling it.

Anyone else? It's my standard choc cake recipe so I am happy knocking it together quickly - just can't remember the details.
