Bolognese secret ingredient

So... I never knew to put sugar in bolognese! Tonight I've done it and everyone wolfed it down. My question is how much do you put in? I probs put to much in that's why everyone ate it 😂

Milk!! Oh my days.. just done it with milk and everyone has asked for more! Thankyou x

2-3 anchovy fillets, adds a real depth of flavour

Tomato ketchup- must be heinz full sugar and salt version.

Always put sugar in mine.

Also a glug of balsamic- lovely.

Jamie Oliver has a nice quick and easy simple sauce recipe (not bolognaise) but ideal when time is short- my fave adds a handful of parmigiana cheese, a knob of butter, swig of balsamic and some basalt the end. Perfect.
