Low cal salads

Looking for some interesting low cal salads with a choice of vegetables. Ideally Something I can make up and sling in the fridge to use over a couple of days with a choice of protein.
Any recommendations?

the calories are generally in the salad dressing. but yes some combinations are nicer than others.

Any specific recipes from that site, would love some tried and tested options

Tabbouleh. Make traditionally with bulgar wheat but I often use rice or cous cous.

Cook and cool and add LOTS of herbs (parsley, mint, dill, coriander), then finely chopped veg/salad - anything goes.

For the dressing I usually use lemon, olive oil, dried mint, garlic, sumac and some pomegranate or date molasses.

Nice with feta, halloumi or chicken.

I like a crispy green salad and to keep the dressing less hardcore will sometimes make it with fat free greek yoghurt, mustard and lemon juice with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Works surprisingly well. you can add a tiny bit of sugar if it's too sour.

Depends on how low cal you want to go really. Eg watermelon and cucumber with a lime, mint and chilli dressing is good. But some people would have issues with the watermelon. Add some feta for extra flavour but you're also upping the calories (and fat).

Chargrilled vegetables with a lemon tahini dressing work nicely. Do it with lettuce leaves or with couscous. But again, some might consider a few teaspoons of tahini the devil's own work.

I like a bed of spinach, finely sliced red onion, cucumber, celery, apple and carrot ribbons with chopped chicken tikka pieces and a fat free yoghurt and mint dressing. I usually make it on the day but cook the chicken in advance as it keeps in the fridge for three days.
