For a gas hob...

Anything that's stainless steel sticks (or am I using it wrong) anything that's 'non stick' doesn't seem to last, and I'm very careful to use rubber utensils and wash carefully... So what do I need? please help!

These.

You can get them using the .de version of Amazon and deliver to U.K.

I got a big deep frying pan a couple of years ago and it’s the best kitchen purchase I have ever made. Looking for an excuse to buy a few more.

Stellar!

I have pans and casserole dishes from le creuset, circulon, green pan, fissler. And a large frying pan from Raymond blanc

I've just bought a Tefal non stick 'origins' wok and a tefal small 'superior' frying pan and I'm just loving cooking with the wok. Washing them up after is just a dreamy few seconds. With nonstick don't heat it on a high heat to preserve the non stick and I'd avoid the dishwasher. But it just cleans in seconds under the the being non stick. I'm using the wok a lot.

*under the Tap

You don't need to use oil but I like to use a tiny bit although today I cooked bacon, potatoes and eggs in the wok with no oil and it didn't stick at all and again cleaned in seconds under the tap

I go through tons of pans but I've had my Le Creuset one for 30 years. Can't fault it.

We purchased a house last year with an induction hob so I had to buy quite a few new pans. Not least, a pan that would work on the induction hob after coming out of the oven i.e. to make gravy. So, on tinternet I found these:

Vitinni Non-Stick Cast Aluminium Open Roaster - £17.99

Vitinni Non-Stick Cast Aluminium Multi Use Casserole Set - £39.99

Excellent non stick qualities. Fabulous to cook with. The casserole pan has replaced the wok for my multi use go to for cooking.

My wok is a big bugger. So, useful for stir frying and also making soup. I purchased that from Sainsburys along with some, 'Salter' brand non stick pans which have not let me down.

I can't be doing with Le Creuset, far to heavy.

I have a Pro Cook stainless steel pan that my late MIL had, and it is brilliant. I have tried to find more online, but the one I have is no longer made.

I have also got the Scoville Neverstick Performance 28cm Casserole Dish, frying pan, wok and baking tray. So far they have been excellent. If they continue to be this good I will buy the pan set as well.

I forgot to say that the Scoville range is PFOA free.
