Batch cooked meal for freezer that don't use mince?

I love cooking but currently have a very clingy 5 month old and am knackered. Can you recommend me some good batch cooked recipes that can go in the freezer that don't involve mince. We are all getting a bit sick of spag bold / lasagne/ chilli.

Thank you!

Spinach and chick pea curry is tasty and freezes well. I either do it with boil in the bag rice or when really knackered those 2 minute bags. I use mild curry powder and the baby (1) gobbles it up.

Beef stew- get some part bake rolls in to go with it

Lentil curry, eaten with packet naan breads.

Cheese and potato pie, serve it with some frozen veg.

Put baby in sling to cook if you don’t already.

Fish pie
Soup
Spinach and ricotta lasagne
Pork cannelloni
Ratatouille
Mix for a stir fry
Coq au vin
Carbonara
Chicken and mushroom pie

How do you reheat carbonara or risotto?

OP - not a freezer one, but ina garten easy baked risotto is so... easy! Omit the wine for an extra cup of stock and kids will love it.

1.5 cups risotto rice, 4 cups chicken stock

Put in oven at fan 170 (if your oven runs fast, 180 otherwise) for 40 mins in casserole dish.

Take out, add one cup more stock, one cup white wine (or more stock), one cup grated Parmesan, pecorino or in desperation any hard cheese, one cup frozen peas. Stir. Done.

What I like about this is that as the madness gets better, you can joosh it up many ways. Chopped fine asparagus cooks if chucked in at the end, pancetta, mushrooms and diced onion can go in in beginning, etc

Any ideas on what to batch cook a fussy kid who doesn't like things "mixed up"?

sortmy. My DD is very much like this. She will tolerate curry, fish pie and beef stew severed with crusty bread. It's taken a while to get to this stage though.
