Tinned apricots

I've opened a tin of tinned apricots and am not keen on them straight out of the tin (think they must have been a substitute on home delivery as I usually buy peaches)
Anyway, does anyone have a good recipe I can use them in? I don't really want to just throw them out.
Thanks

I use them in crumble.

If they're in juice not syrup then this chicken and apricot curry would probably be good.

I've only done it with fresh but I suspect tinned would work if they're not super sweet.

Mary berry’s apricot and brioche tart is lovely!

I made a lovely cake with them once:
Basic sponge mix with some of the apricots chopped into it and a tablespoon or so of the juice
I put blueberries in too because they needed using up
Halved apricots on top of the sponge mix, in a pretty pattern
Almonds
Baked until golden

Or a really easy thing:
puff pastry rolled out and pricked
mix some cream cheese and icing sugar and spread over the pastry, leaving a rim
halved apricots on top
almonds if wished
bake until nearly done then drizzle the apricots with honey and bake until done

you can use them to make wine :o

DS loves them and will eat them by the tin. in fruit juice though, not syrup.

We love them well drained, charred in a little butter in a pan and served alongside ham or gammon steaks. Add chips and peas perfect quick dinner.
