Amazon for christmas dinner?

I am due to get an Amazon voucher soon and money is a bit tight so I was hoping to use it on the christmas lunch (anything but the meat).
Does anyone have experience using Amazon fresh?
Does it sound like a realistic aim?

I've not used Amazon Fresh but I've used Prime Now for a food delivery before when o was shielding.

I’ve used Amazon Morrison’s delivery. Not sure if that’s the same thing? I’ve done it 4 times. Every time they’ve sent substitutes when I requested no subs and they didn’t tell me so I couldn’t refuse them at the door. One delivery didn’t turn up at all and I had to reorder the whole lot. Apparently they get 2 hours after the delivery slot to sort out an issue. If it’s not resolved in that time it’s written off and you have to start again .

In fairness they did give me a voucher for all the issues so could be I’m just unlucky!

I wouldn’t rely on it for my last minute fresh stuff based on my experience. However, if you could use it asap to get your non perishables or even bits with longer dates, that would give you time to sort out any delivery hiccups.

I've used Amazon fresh twice, once for a few non perishable bits and once which included milk and baby food bits.

Both orders were fulfilled properly and delivered within the time slot. The milk was brought to the door in a cool bag type thing, and then taken out. Everything else was delivered in a paper bag.

I was happy with both of my orders, but I'm not sure I'd risk a full meal being delivered - not sure why though... I've never had any issues with an Amazon deliveries
