Can you eat it raw?

Have bought some to cook with for dinner but will have some left over. If it has to be cooked will use it all now, don't want to waste any. Anyone know? Thanks.

I have never had it cooked or heard of it being cooked! It's nice uncooked.

Mmm lovely cheese. DS is addicted to it in slices.

Blimey, why would you cook it? I guess it would be nice as stuffing for chicken, actually.

I've never had it cooked either.

Used it all! Don't know why as I love crackers and cheese and the bit I tried was delish. Will def buy more.

Cooked?
I've always eaten it raw. i don't think any cheese has to be cooked.

LyraSilvertongue · 19/10/2007 19:00

But are you supposed to eat the rind? I always cut it off.

NAB3 · 19/10/2007 19:02

Cut the rind off.
