Just read a thread from a few weeks back on what to do with mince. If it's not too much trouble, could I have your lamb / spinach lasagne recipe? Sounds good and I have both in the fridge.
Thanks in advance if you read this!

OOH i feel almost famous!

I'll jus tell you what i do as i kind of made it up!!

: Fry off all the mince.(put aside)
: Fry an onion and 2 peppers
: Put mince back in pan with onion and peppers and add seonsoning, (i usually add a nice big pinch of cayenne pepper)
: Break spinache into mixture(leave some aside for lasagne layers) and add one or two tins of tinned chopped tomatoes.
: taste until perfect (and usually have a bit in a peice if bread just to be sure ).
: Make lasagne layers-mince-spinache-
: Pour on top a cheese sauce sachet (make up with milk) and lots of grated cheddar and put in oven for about an hour.

It needs quite a few extras doesn't it?? Hope you enjoy:}+

You're an angel
On the layering bit, do you mean you put layers of just spinach? And raw, uncooked spinach?
And oven temp? If on for an hour, I presume about 180?
Yummy, yummy, can't wait.

Even non spinach lovers like this low fat version. There are 2 layers: 1 has mince herbs onion and pasta sauce. I usually use lamb or pork mince as it has a lighter taste than beef. The other layer is ricotta cheese with a deforsted 250gm pkt frozen spinach. Make sure you end up with the spinach ricotta layer on top then add grated cheese prior to baking. Yummy!
