What size pot do you use for batch cooking?

I'm looking at cooking stews, soups etc in large quantities around 10-12 portions per batch, I need new pans but not sure which ones to get. So many non stick to choose from, want one that lasts but is big enough for all I need to do.

I have a 28cm fake le creuset from Sainsburys which I believe is 6.7L capacity - I use it for batch cooking for 8-10 portions and it's about half full, so I think it could scale up to 12 portions without too much trouble.

Sometimes I split batches into two big pans rather than one huge one. It often cooks quicker and fits on the rings better than the huge pan.

I have 2 pot I use for soups. 1 is a fissler brand I got years ago when tescos had a deal on. I just looked it up and cant believe the price of them now!!! Its lasted though and is solid.

The other is much larger and can fit a large lobster. It was £7 from a boot sale 15yrs ago, but also still going strong! What about a large pressure cooker? I have an electric one which is great, and so much quicker than stove top cooking.
