Home-grown grapes

We've got quite a crop of grapes this year, and am trying to decide what to do with them as sadly a lot went to waste last year. They are small and round, and nice to eat in small doses... the reason being, although they do have a good flavour and some sweetness, the seeds are quite prominent (i.e. it feels like you get a lot of seed and not much flesh) and the skin is a bit astringent.

I suppose the obvious uses would be to juice them (which could be hard-going as we don't want to buy a steam juicer) or use them for jam/jelly (i.e. heat and strain), but then it seems a shame to lose the skins altogether as I'm sure there's lots of good stuff in them nutrition-wise. But we need to get the pesky pips out somehow.

Ideas welcome! TIA
