I've bought a Mouli (sp?) raddish - what on earth can I do with it?

To be honest, I've got mixed up a little excited in thinking it was a horse raddish - which it obvioulsy isn't! Has anyone got any ideas - please! TIA

Just treat it as if it was raddish. Lovely chopped up in salad. Much nicer than raddish imho!

Arh - so it's like a salad vegetable? I didn't know whether I could cook it
It's large - more than a foot long; it could be around for a while me thinks..

you could grate it and season it with sea salt and a bit of cumin and black pepper and lemon juice and mix with yogurt and serve as a raita type thing with a curry.

you could aslo pretend it was indeed a horse raddish if that will make you happy, go on , treat yourself

It won't last more than about a week, as it starts going soft! The guy in my local Indian shop, where I get mine from, says you can put it in vegetable curries too.
