I have bought a pack of pork loin chops. What's a good method of cooking them please?

I'm planning to do roast potatoes and green beans with them.

Thanks.

I'm cooking Pork loin steaks today doing them paprika pork style with onions mushrooms and peppers.
Goes better with mash rather than roasties though.

I would bake them with a mustard glaze. Use Dijon and soy sauce.

I do them in a sauce made with creme Fraiche, onions, garlic, mushrooms, Dijon mustard and vegetable stock.

This may sound very odd, but I always add loads of line to any pork I cook - I think it tastes great. When I'm doing chops I grill then add the lime towards the end.

Odd I know!

Diana Henry's pork with fennel seeds and chilli, utterly divine and fave meal in our house! www.eatyourbooks.com/library/recipes/994437/italian-pork-chops-with-fennel

They are the least tasty of cut, so you need to do something very flavourful with them. I tend paprikash, strirfy them lightly with lots of soy, or do a baked honey-mustard glaze thing.

Boil rice and once cooked add a bit more water and add beef or chicken stock then cook till the excess water has gone.
In a separate pan I fry veg (onions, mushrooms, peppers, chilli, celery, peas etc) with some garlic, cayenne and paprika.
Cook the pork with salt pepper and the same spices added to the veg then when it's all
Cooked cut the pork into strips and mix it all together. Delicious.

A creamy dill and shallot sauce is my go to for blander cuts of meat.

Actually I’d have a creamy dill sauce on toast!! 😂

Baked in garlic butter then the last 5 minutes top with apple sauce and red leicester cheese. BEAUTIFUL

I always cook mine under the grill with English mustard and brown sugar. We got it from a British Pork advert in the late 80's or early 90's. I seem to recall Keith Floyd or someone very like him doing the commercial. The ad was mustard and honey I think but we didn't have honey. Tastes amazing.

DH doesn't like mustard so he gets his grilled then covered with stuffing under the grill for the last bit until it's delicious and crunchy (the stuffing not the juicy pork!)

I brine them in a maple syrup solution overnight them simply pan fry them and serve with a simple spiced pear chutney. It is my younger child's favourite dish.
