I’m running out and can’t get out to get more.

There must be a way of growing the stuff.

Amazon sometimes have yeast for delivery. Otherwise sourdough or soda bread? Can you start a starter?

I'm about to make a sourdough starter. Tried a couple of years back, and although the starter grew well, the loaves weren't reliable. Ideal time to master it so long as I can get some more flour next week.

You mix a teaspoon of flour with a teaspoon of warm water. Feed once or twice a day with more of the same. After several days of this, it should be frothy and bubbly.

Once you get to the stage where you have enough, you can put it in the fridge to stop growth and then bring it out to start feeding again.

You could try the ‘old dough’ method - Keep a decent chunk in the fridge from the previous batch and then add it to the new batch of dough. Keep a decent chunk of that one in the fridge for the next time. It takes longer to bulk ferment but it usually works!

Elizabeth David says to keep a piece of dough in the fridge covered with water. Refresh the water every couple of days. Allow good time to come back to life when you want to use it.
