how much salt can babies safely have?

i'm going on holiday in october on my sons 1st birthday. the food is all inclusive is it safe for him to eat the foods without knowing if there's any added salt?

Not sure if your ds is a good eater or not but I would stick to plain things where possible.

All inclusives tend to have fab fruit selection so fill him up on melon/pineapple etc.

Protein wise - cheese does exactly what it says on the tin and plain fish is always a winner in my book.

I would avoid any fancy looking casseroles as they may be loaded with salt.

Pasta dishes should be OK.

We took ds abroad in June when he was 12 months. It was self catering so I cooked up batches and froze them but the nights we did go out he had pasta one night, fish the next and roasted veg the other.

oh and lots and lots of water!
