How to rescue bolognese with too much fresh corriander in it?

I made a double batch of my usual bolognese tonight. Except a bag of fresh corriander was on the reduced shelf in Tesco today, so I added a good handful, chopped.

Kids hate it Sad

So, what could I do with the other half of the double batch?

Normally I just freeze the other half for next week. What can I turn it into that would disguise the corriander flavour?

Did you think it was basil?

Can't you just leave it as is and give the kids something else when you have it?

Turn it into chilli. Did you think the coriander was parsley? ( Even that would be off on bolognaise but probably edible). Add chilli powder, paprika and cumin.

I think something along those lines happened. I knew I'd bought flavoured passata this week because it was on offer, tomato-and-something passata, didn't pay attention to what. I was just rushed and harassed and thought "oh, that will go well with the herby passata I've used in the bolognese, I'll add it when I get home"

Anyhoo, I've made it into a keema, thank you for all the great suggestions!
