Cook ahead and freeze food or "quick" suppers - help needed please!

Hi all,
I'm thinking ahead to "back to school" when combined with working I tend to get in late and have to provide a nutritious supper ASAP. I normally cook ahead and freeze BUT our meals tend to consist of the following:
Chicken or beef casserole
Spag Bol
Lasagne
chicken lasagne
Chilli
cottage pie
baked pots and quick fillings ( oven on timer !)
Pasta with homemade tom sauce

i stick loads of veg in and kids are not fussy eaters.
Can anyone add some new ideas I can freeze and re-heat or else quick suppers I can produce in 20 mins????
TIA

A quick sauce for pasta is to fry up some onion and bacon (I use veggie bacon or mushrooms instead) then add some dried chilli flakes, lots of black pepper and a packet of cream cheese; dilute it with milk to the consistency you want, dunk on pasta and slather with parmesan. I often pop some frozen peas in too to give it a vegetable component.

Another real quickie is pizza made with pitta bread and served with salad.

Fajitas or Tacos?

couscous is very quick

Don't forget stir fries. Although not a freezer food, as long as you've got the veggie preped the night before, it only takes 10 mins!

Or you could use frozen veg which are just as nutritious as fresh

Very true!
