Hi all,
I'm thinking ahead to "back to school" when combined with working I tend to get in late and have to provide a nutritious supper ASAP. I normally cook ahead and freeze BUT our meals tend to consist of the following:
Chicken or beef casserole
Spag Bol
Lasagne
chicken lasagne
Chilli
cottage pie
baked pots and quick fillings ( oven on timer !)
Pasta with homemade tom sauce
i stick loads of veg in and kids are not fussy eaters.
Can anyone add some new ideas I can freeze and re-heat or else quick suppers I can produce in 20 mins????
